At Soylent we value diverse perspectives and work to build an inclusive culture where everyone can be their true selves and share their honest point of view. We work hard to partner organizations and institutions that help us bring diverse talent to our company, but we don’t stop there. We want our staff to feel like they belong and that they can always stand up and share their thoughts, even if they are contrary to others in the organization. This combination of having diverse talent and building an inclusive culture has helped us become a stronger organization.
